Our Teaching Methodology

We believe in learning by doing. Instead of endless theory, you'll work on real system optimization challenges from day one. Our approach combines structured learning modules with practical problem-solving that mirrors what you'll encounter in professional environments.

Each week builds upon previous knowledge while introducing new concepts through actual system diagnostics and performance analysis. You'll use the same tools and methodologies that professionals rely on in enterprise environments across Taiwan and beyond.

Diagnostic-First Learning

Start each module by identifying real performance bottlenecks, then learn the theory behind effective solutions.

Collaborative Problem Solving

Work in small teams to tackle complex optimization challenges, building both technical and communication skills.

Industry-Standard Tools

Master professional monitoring and optimization software used by top tech companies in Taiwan's market.

Iterative Improvement

Learn to measure, analyze, and refine system performance through continuous optimization cycles.

Program Information

Common questions about enrollment, curriculum, and what to expect from our system performance program.

Program Basics & Enrollment

Who is this program designed for?
The program works well for IT professionals looking to specialize in performance optimization, recent graduates wanting practical skills, and career changers with some technical background. We recommend basic familiarity with computer systems, though not necessarily professional experience.
What are the time commitments?
Evening sessions run Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, plus Saturday workshops twice monthly from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Expect 6-8 hours of additional study and project work weekly.
When does enrollment open?
Applications for our October 2025 cohort open in August 2025. We also plan a spring 2026 session beginning in March, with applications opening in January 2026. Class sizes are limited to maintain quality instruction.
What is the program fee?
The complete program fee is NT,000, which includes all instruction, materials, software licenses, and access to our lab environment. Payment plans are available, and some employers offer reimbursement for professional development.

Technical & Support

What technical background is required?
Students should be comfortable with basic computer operations and have some exposure to system administration concepts. Programming experience is helpful but not required – we focus more on system analysis and optimization techniques.
What software and tools will I learn?
You'll work with professional monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Nagios, and various Windows and Linux optimization utilities. We provide access to all software during the program and guidance on building your own toolkit.
Is there ongoing support after graduation?
Graduates can access our alumni network, attend quarterly skill-building workshops, and receive career guidance for six months after completion. Our instructors are also available for consultation on complex projects.
Can I attend if I work full-time?
Yes, the schedule accommodates working professionals. Many current students manage full-time jobs alongside the program. We recommend discussing time management strategies during your enrollment consultation.
